When you book an appointment, that time is set aside exclusively for you, and missed

appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. I value your business and

ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if

you need to reschedule or cancel a massage. This allows the opportunity for someone
