60 minute treatment - $120

90 minute treatment - $180

This massage will melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Great for migraines or headaches, massage is extremely therapeutic as it releases buildup of lactic acid in the muscles, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.  Aromatherapy is included in the price for this massage.

60 minute treatment - $100

90 minute treatment - $150

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. Myofascial  releases the restriction in your connective tissues so that you have greater range of motion and less pain.  I combine these two techniques to achieve the best result. Please hydrate before this appointment.

Prenatal Massage is our Stress Relief massage, with comfortable accommodations for our soon to be moms. Prenatal massage can help to relieve your aches and pains in problem areas such as low back, feet, and hips. Prenatal massage improves circulation, helps reduce nervous tension, and can help relieve depression and anxiety. 

60 minute treatment - $120

90 minute treatment - $180

In Hot Stone massage, natural basalt stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. Massaging with hot stones allows your body to more effectively relax and release more tension and stress. If your muscles respond well to hot showers or a sauna, then a hot stone massage will work wonders for you.
