Deep Tissue & Myofascial

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. Myofascial releases the restriction in your connective tissues so that you have greater range of motion and less pain. I combine these two techniques to achieve the best result.
